Previous research
In this section you will see all my research to be able to give me the best ideas and way to have a proper sleep. Remember also that with you there are many people who also suffer from the same, so do not feel alone, rather there is a way to improve your sleep.
Research 1:
Most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep a night to feel well rested and energized each day.
If restless nights have become the norm for you, the first step toward getting better sleep is observing your sleep patterns. Take note of how much you sleep each night, what factors contribute to your sleep or lack of sleep, whether you feel rested the next morning, and how much energy you have throughout the day. After observing your sleep patterns for a week or two, Try the following strategies to help you improve your sleep. Keep making adjustments until restless nights are a thing of the past.
Another very important factor is that, don't go to bed hungry or feeling overly full. In particular, avoid heavy or very large meals a couple of hours before going to bed. That discomfort may keep you awake. You also have to be careful with caffeine. The stimulating effects of caffeine take several hours to wear off and can wreak havoc on your quality of sleep.
Research 2:
You have to know that light and noise can impact both the quality and the quantity of your sleep.
The darkness causes your brain to release melatonin for a calming and drowsy effect. As a result, it is important to minimize your exposure to light before going to bed. Even the light from your computer, television, or other device can make it harder to fall asleep. Do not allow these devices in your bedroom and create a dark space by using curtains that block the light, or an eye mask. Noise can also interfere with your sleep. Try using a fan or noise machine to block out unwanted noises.
Another very important factor, believe it or not, is that regular physical activity helps you sleep better. However, avoid being overly active around bedtime. It can also be helpful to spend time outside every day.
So this is part of my research so that you can sleep correctly, I will also show you my research on the importance and what happens to your body in case you don't sleep enough.
Research 3:
- In conclusion I leave you some tips in summary of all the research so that you can sleep peacefully:
